We have a 200, 000 sq. Ft fully air conditioned facility which is specially designed to produce FOOD GRADE and PHARMA GRADE Bags with ?HEPA FILTERATION? . We are the only Indian company to have such a facility from raw material stage to finished products warehouse viz extrusion, weaving, coating, liner, finishing etc.

As a fully integrated FIBC facility we have a capacity to produce 5 million bags per annum. We have 4, 6, and 8 shuttle LOHIA STRALINGER looms and can offer bags of U-Panel and Circular construction. Our looms are fitted with ULTRASONIC CUTTERS FOR FOOD GRADE fabric as also the Baffles for ?Q? bags and food grade bags are cut by Ultrasonic m/cs

Our specialised equipment consists of Gluing M/c from NORDSON , USA, Ultrasonic cutting m/c from GEBR.HEIL , GERMANY, Bottle shaped liner M/c POLYTECH, TURKEY, FIBC Test Rig, Automatic Bag Cleaning , M/c Metal Detector for Food and Pharma Bags.

A professionally managed company in the FIBC business our focus is on the highly specialised FIBC?s and we are in the process of obtaining the required certification. Besides the above we are also geared to manufacture other highly complicated bags.
Our present turnaround time is 4 weeks Ex-Works on receipt of order clear in all respects . The plus is the location of our plant which gives us the unique advantage of 2 sea ports , MUMBAI and MUNDRA located within 400km range and goods can reach either port in 2 days from our factory.

All cargo is palletised and we stuff 24 pallets in a 20?fcl with 10 tons nett weight and 48 pallets /40?Fcl with 20 tons
