Key Packaging Company purchased it?s first thermoformer in 1960 under the name of Caribbean Manufacturing. In 1970 the company was incorporated as Key Packaging. Since that time Key has risen to become an award winning industry leader.

Our 65, 000 sq. Ft. Facility includes a state of the art design and engineering department along with a controlled environment for medical molding. The manufacturing process utilizes state of the art equipment run and maintained by a highly trained diverse work team. Housekeeping and maintenance are monitored on a continuous basis to assure high quality product delivered on time.

Thermoforming offers economical piece part and tooling costs when compared to other processes. Lead times are much shorter than injection molding and the tooling offers some flexibility in part redesign. All materials used are recyclable as well as the ability to use recycled materials. Because the parts can be designed to nest into each other , warehouse and shipping costs can be minimized. Clear or any color is available in most substrates.
Key Packaging Company?s advantages are first and foremost it?s highly trained and experienced work force. Many of our machine operators have been with us for twenty plus years.

Our award winning engineering staff also has multiple years experience enabling us to solve the toughest packaging challenges. We manufacture four days a week with two ten hour shifts. This allows us to run sample and overtime on Fridays and if necessary to run shifts on the weekend. This flexibility assures capacity to meet on time deliveries in almost every circumstance.
