We are Manufacturers of Induction Cap Sealing Machinesm, Corona Treater Introduction Of Induction Cap Sealing Machines :- Induction sealing is universally accepted as being the most effective and efficient means of hermetically closing bottles, jars and other containers. The application of this technology requires a cap which is lined with a suitable foil or heat-seal membrane. As the cap is torqued on to the bottle, the foil is pressed hard against the sealing land area of the container. After capping, the container passes through the induction sealing machine and the foil is very rapidly heated, melting the heat-seal layer. As the heat-seal material begins to cool, still under pressure from the cap, a bond is formed between the membrane and the container. Corona Treaters Corona :- Treatment is a process of high-speed oxidation, which creates polar molecules on the film surface. The energy of the corona will break the bonds of the atomic structure of the substrate. The oxygen rich ozone developed by the corona discharge will readily fill the open vacancies, which create a charge surface thus improving the surface characteristics and wettability. The Treated surface tends to go back to it's original dyne level after a certain period of time. This Decay of Treatment is exponential in nature and vary for different type of materials, it's additive content and other factors.
