Carton Brokers Ltd, headed up by Kevin Rix-Trott is a prime example of Kiwi ingenuity. Kevin set up Carton Brokers Ltd in 1985 as a supplier of both new and used packaging to the New Zealand market and the market is proving a box office success.

Carton Brokers Ltd. Is finding more and more big, and small companies warming to the idea of utilising packaging made from reconstituted cardboard as the environmental message bites home.

"Companies are taking recycled packaging seriously, " Kevin says. It is just as strong, and it is cost competitive. "We supply literally millions of recycled cartons and I have yet to have a complaint."

Carton Brokers Ltd. Is having particular success in Auckland, Wellington, and the Waikato where Kevin says the company has been able to offer customers top quality cartons on time, all of the time.

Kevin and his daughter Michelle also run a collection service for used cartons and remove 1000s of used cartons weekly from such outlets as major manufacturers and importers. These cartons then get a new lease on life when Kevin supplies them to companies requiring cartons for packing orders.
