Description :
APPLICATION Shaftless surface type winding, suitable for rewinding masking, PET, PE, cloth tapes and tapes and films, papers ?etc.
FEATURES 1. Equipped with the connected unwind base, which is convenience on operation and space saving.
2. Equipped auto tension controller and surface type lay on roller on unwind base to make web wound out smoothly.
3. Driven by one A.C motor with 2 stages type length counter to make machine stops accurately.
4. Surface type winding able to press air out of log roll, and shaftless design can rewind any sizes of paper cores without changing machine parts.
5. Rewind tension is as clutch controls surface pressure roller, the tension is adjustable on different requests.
6. Central control system is as PLC unit and all of electrical devices are compliant to the latest European CE regulation for safety operation.
OPTIONAL PARTS:
1. Unwind Pick-Up Lift: For loading jumbo roll on the machine quickly and time saving.
2. Tabbing Device: Automatic tabbing on the web during the production.
3. Noise Reduction Hood: For attenuating the production sound when the machine is running.
