Description :
A Versatile multiheads rotary positive displacement filling machine.
Suitable to fill a wide range of liquids in bottles/containers made of glass, H.D.P.E., PVC, PET, tin and aluminium.
Filling accuracy +- 1%.
A unique no bottle no fill device with a ''suck back'' arrangement into the filler bowl in case of no bottle.
Provided with attachmentsuitable to fill any one size of bottle/container.
Provided with an in built stainless steel 304 buffer feed tank of suitable capacity with float valve.
Suitable reduction gear box motor & variable speed drive mechanism is provided.
Machine can fill upto 250bpm depending upon the volume of fill, over flow capacity of the container, neck size and the frothing/foaming tendency of the liquid.
2 to 3 H.P. electric motor for main drive depending on number of heads.
Size of machine 8 length, 6-7 width, 7 height.
Approximate weight :(900 - 1400)kgs. depending on the model.
