Description :
-Designed to take a wide variety of bottles/containers made of glass,HDPE,PET,aluminium & tin containers for RO & ROPP sealing.
-Provided with a universal hopper for auto capping.
-No bottle-No Cap.
-The diameter of cap should be larger than the height of auto capping.
-No bottle-no cap.
-The diameter of cap should be larger than the height for auto capping.
-Provided with a rotary headset to ensure perfect leak proof and pilferproof sealing.
-Can accommodate standard caps ranging from 22mm upto 53mm.
-Can accommodate bottles ranging in diameter from 25mm upto 100mm and height from 50mm upto 300mm.
-Provided with attachments suitable for any one size of bottle/container and cap.
-Provided with suitable reduction gear box,motor and variable speed drive mechanism.
-1 H.P electric motor for main drive, 0.5 H.P. electric motor for rotating headset drive & 0.25 H.P electric motor for hopper drive.
-Size of machine: 6'' length, 3'' width,8'' height.
-Approximate weight: - 1000 kgs.
