Date, MAX RETAIL etc. on any F.F.S/Pouch Packing/Tea Packing/ Oil Packing/Biscuit Packing/Hair Dye Packing/Condom Packing/Milk Packing/Masala Packing/Shampoo Packing/Namkin Packing/Salt Packing/Caches Packing/Medicine Packing/Cake & Slice Packing machines, or on any other similar packaging machine.

1. It is highly accurate stepper motor controller.
2. Aluminum construction with dimensions 96 mm(H)*192mm(W)*165mm(D)
3. It can be used with both continuous as well intermittent type of F.F.S. machines or with any other similar type of packaging machines.
4. Once set, there is no need to stop the process for printing, as printing is on - line and continuous.
5. Very high printing speed can be achieved.
6. It can print at speed up to 200,or more impressions/minute as according to your requirements.
7. Smudge free printing operations at continuously variable and controllable speeds.
8. High accuracy in location of printing time after time.
9. Automatically tracks the speed of packaging machine and varies it's own speed according to the packaging machine's speed.
10. In built digital counter for counting the number of packets/products.
11. Indicates linear speed of film in meters/minute
12. Retentions of all parameter settings and counts in case of power failure /switch off.
13. Dual reset key so that counter is not reset by mistake.
14. Soft touch type keys on front panel.
15. Printing area up50mm*75mm or more than this also.( Standard 35x35mm)
16. Ordinary rubber/polymer stereos can be used.
17. Rechargeable ink cartridge is used to prevent the loss of ink.
18. Proximity Switch/Metal Sensor/Photo Cells/Eye Mark Sensor etc. can be used for print inputs.
19. It can be installed on any packaging machine very easily and quickly.
20. Optional provision for display lock.
