Description :
The take-off unit is fabricated of M.S. Profile having a total height of 12 fts. It
has 2x 850mm nip rolls with manual clamping arrangement (1x Rubberized and 1x M.S.Hard-chrome plated) with bearing reduction gearbox, D.C. motor (1/2 H.P.) Flattening board and Irish ring.
Consisting of 6x PID Temp. Controller, Ammetors, thermocouples, on/off switch for the entire cabinet, starter for the blower will be provided. D.C. Drive of ? H.P. for Nip Roller And Winder.
850mm surface winder consisting of Nip Roller with manual clamping arrangement (1x Rubberized and 1x M.S. Hard-chrome plated) D.C. motor and reduction gearbox.
